Ameztoi Rubentis Txakoli Rose 2022 Magnum, Getariako Txakolina

From a vineyard planted in 1840, Rubentis is fashioned in the clarete (field blend of red and white grapes) style of wines that families used to bottle in the past.  Vines are trained on a trellis system in Getaria, a Basque fishing village.  The Beltza grapes supply complexity, the Zuri its bracing acidity.  In magnum, the rosado will endure past its vintage date.  A sea breeze of a wine - racy and lightly effervescent with a fine mousse, electric.
