Palate: Dense on the palate with flavors of dark berries & spice cake, with a lingering finish.
Vinification: Juan Carlos has a gentle approach to making wine; preventing harsh tannins & keeping his wines elegant. Celia is a limited production, produced only during the best vintages. Strenuously selected grapes, macerated and fermented in French oak then aged for 18 months.
