    Nose: Clean. Medium intense ripe, mature fruit & nutty aromas.

    Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Creamy textured with a long finish. A full, waxy white with savory flavors.

    Vinification: Fermented with native yeast. 30% is aged in large clay amphora & 70% in barrel for 9 months.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Chicken in creamy sauces.
