  • Varieties: Tempranillo, Merlot.

    Appearance: Garnet

    Nose: Red fruit & toasted, earthy aromas.

    Palate: Full & fresh for a Ribera with cherry, bitter chocolate & spiced flavors on a subtly sweet finishing body that has slowly evolving tannins.

    Vinification: From the estate's younger vines. Fermented in large oak vats & aged in both French & American oak as well as used, large oak vats.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Roast leg of lamb with anchovy, garlic & rosemary.
