Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Aromas of nuts, coffee, spices & chocolate.
Palate: Sweet. Full bodied. Powerful on the palate, with great texture and body. Citrus flavors, orange & grapefruit; with a sweetness balanced by great acidity.
Vinification: Incredibly rare and in extremely limited quantities. Slowly pressed, naturally fermented, then fortified to maintain some natural sugar before entering the Promesa solera system for an average of 80 years.
Recommended Food Pairing: Duck tangine with clementines & apricots.
