100% Trepat grown organic from one of our favorite winemaker-couples in Conca de Barbera. From 80 to 100-year-old vines spread over three farms in Catalonia. Hand harvested & spontaneously fermented in stainless steel with spontaneous malolactic fermentation in barrel. Clean on the palate, with fresh cherry aromas with subtle, complex mineral notes. For lovers of Pineau d'Aunis or Loire Cabernet Franc, this is a great alternative to try from a tiny DO near Barcelona. Pair this with rosemary-rubbed grilled chicken, portobello mushrooms or a big slice of calabacín tortilla.
