100% Trepat from 35-year-old vines. Biodynamically farmed, hand harvested with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel & malolactic fermentation in barrel. Brilliant ruby in color with a violet edge. On the nose - wild red fruit & aniseed with notes of pepper, minerality & a damp earthiness. Light-bodied with fresh acidity & spiciness on the finish. An easy-to-drink wine, especially with a slight chill. A classic fav in our shop every vintage!
