Nose: Clean. Pronounced fresh red & wild black fruit.
Palate: Dry. Medium-light-bodied with fresh fruit notes & spicy, herbaceous semi-licorice spice.
Vinification: A natural wine from Felanitx, Mallorca made by the assistant winemaker of 4 Kilos - Eloi Perello. Fermented in steel tanks for 20 days and aged on lees for 6 months. Only 300 cases were made of this micro production. All natural, no sulfur, some carbonic maceration, making this all too easy to enjoy!
Recommended Food Pairing: Trempó or Tombet. Roasted eggplant or baked cod fish would also be nice.
