Upon meeting winemaker Sandra Bravo we were convinced of her passion and quality. The wines are so delicious! She studied winemaking and worked for 7 years in Montsant before coming back home. From Rioja Alavesa, 100% Tempranillo from a high-altitude (600-750m) vineyards. Grapes are destemmed, with native yeasts fermented in tank and spends a year in netral French oak. Only around 25,000 bottles are produced and she is farming with organic and biodynamic preparations. Its hard to belive this wine comes from Rioja, it is incredibly fresh, yet soul-fully deep. Dark red fruits, earth, and a clean but complex finish. Serve with roasted poultry, with a steak salad, or even to sip on its own.
