Palate: Full-bodied. Off-dry with a depth of complex flavors & strong acidity balanced by sweetness. Slightly bitter on the finish.
Vinification: From a solera founded in 1792, this wine is a minimum of 30 years old but most likely twice that age. Produced in small quantities, only 1500 bottles each year.
Recommended Food Pairing: Fatty foods or curried dishes.
