Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied with excellent minerality, volume & body.
Vinification: Manually harvested from 45-year-old vines, some the oldest in Pazo Señoras. Fermented & aged in stainless steel tanks for over 30 months.
Recommended Food Pairing: Pair with your favorite seafood, especially shellfish.
