    Appearance: Clear. Deep lemon with brilliant reflections.

    Nose: Clean. Medium intense stone fruit aromas with subtle white flower & spiced notes.

    Palate: Dry. Full bodied, textured & rich on the palate from lees aging with subtle, elegant oak notes & balanced acidity.

    Vinification: From organically farmed vines planted in decomposed granite in Valdeorras. Fermented with native yeasts & aged 4 months in 300-500L French oak.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Seafood stew with saffron rice.
