Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby with a purple rim.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense black cherry & raspberry aromas.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with fresh red fruit notes, moderate acidity & soft tannins.
Vinification: From vines planted near Valle del Ebro, in Aragón- where Garnacha originated. Harvested from 55-year-old vines planted in slate soil, fermented in stainless steel & aged in new French oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Pad Thai wraps; rice wraps filled with rice noodles, shrimp (or tofu), peppers, basil, cilantro and a Thai peanut spread.
