Zeta is the entry-level wine made by Telmo Rodríguez from 890-920m at the entry into Cebreros. Produced with 100% traditional, EU organic, bush-trained garnacha vines. The slate and granite soils are blended, giving depth and fruit character to this wine. Hand-picked grapes with a native yeasts fermentation in 500L French barrels of different origins and ages. 9 months in foudre, steel tanks, and 500L barrels for blending and added élevage. A great way to taste the wonderful wines from the Gredos Mountains. Also delicious with a slight chill and some oven-roasted pork loin.
