Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Aromatic with notes of tropical fruit.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied with dried fruit flavors, good acidity & an orange peel note on the finish.
Vinification: From a nearly extinct varietal, native to the Penedes; an old clone of Malvasia. Fermented spontaneously in steel with native yeast. Aged for 6 months in stainless-steel, bottled unfiltered without any added sulfites.
Recommended Food Pairing: Fresh summer fruits or fried snacks.
