  • Variety: 100% Listan Negro.

    Appearance: Transparent rhubarb red.

    Nose: Clean, fresh, with pronounced notes of berries, spice, and undertones of minerals.

    Palate: Dry, medium-light body. Entirely too easy to drink with soft crushed berries, whifs of acidity & bright minerality. Unlike other wines from the Canary Islands, this is much less peppery/volcanic than others on the palate.

    Vinification: After working for Luis Antoine Luyt and Rene Barbier, Pablo began making some small-production wine in Tegueste, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Hand-harvested, organically farmed and no new oak.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Serve with a slight chill and drink at lunch.
