Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Toasted hazelnut notes & hints of smoke.
Palate: Dried apricots, raisins & bright citrus aromas. The palate is elegant & complex with bitter orange flavors, oak notes & stewed spices. A slight salinity & fresh acidity make it balanced & refreshing.
Vinification: Made in a solera that dates back to 1830, this wine estimated to be 60 years old. Bottled in tiny amounts, only around 600 bottles a year.
Recommended Food Pairing: Foie gras or braised rabbit.
