Located at the heart of the Rueda, in the village of La Seca, Bodegas Naia has opted for the most classical clone from this area. If you haven't revisited this wine in a while you will be surprised at how fresh and bright it now is! Winemaker Laura Sanz keeps this 100% Verdejo on the less for 4 months in a combination of mostly stainless steel and 15% in used French oak. Aromas of citrus, some stone fruits, complex and refreshing on the palate. Perfect with roasted fish (Bass, even Monkfish with pancetta) or also with a mushroom risotto or lemon-vinegar marinated chicken thighs.
