Nose: Clean. Medium-intense oxidative notes with a bouquet reminiscent of bitter almonds & freshly baked bread.
Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied. Excellent acidity & minerality with little to no fruit flavors on the palate.
Vinification: Only made once, in a limited production of 250 6 packs. Fermented for 3 months in stainless steel, then aged 9 months in oak under a layer of flor. A very unique wine for those that are fans of wines from Jerez.
