Nose: Clean. Pronounced, an intense bouquet. Citrus rind & tangerine aromas that are honeyed and ripe.
Palate: Sweet. Medium (+) bodied. Vanilla, butter, coconut & molasses flavor on a palate that isn’t overly viscous or cloyingly sweet.
Vinification: From the oldest bodega in the town of Chipiona, near Sanlucar. Made by the arope vinification method, where a reduced must is added after fermentation to increase the complexity of flavor.
