Mas Candí Cabòries 2017

  • Varieties: Sumoll, Xarello & Mandó.

    Appearance: Very light, see-through ruby.

    Nose: Clean & fresh.

    Palate: Dry, light bodied with tasty tart fruit, mineral notes and perky acidity.

    Vinification: Made from native varietals, organic & manually farmed without the use of herbicides or chemicals. One of the lightest reds with the most crunchy acidity that we have in the shop, from our friends at Mas Candí. Very small amount came to NYC this year, so get it while you can.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Mar i Muntanya, Catalonian surf & turf, or serve with a chill and drink on the rooftop!
