Nose: Clean. Pronounced & incredibly complex, with notes of caramel, roasted nuts & eastern spices.
Palate: Medium-dry. Full-bodied. Noticeable sweetness, reminiscent of caramel but salted; with outstanding length.
Vinification: From Palomino vines up to 60 years old. This sherry has spent at least a minimum of 50 years aging in the solera system. Sourced from 14 butts from a solera whose original start is unknown.
Recommended Food Pairing: An excellent pair with Marcona almonds or Jamón.
