Vinification: A manzanilla bottled en rama from the 80 butt solera of producer Manuel Cuevas Jurado, located in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The wine is aged in 80-year-old butts & averages seven years in age.
Recommended Food Pairing: Air dried, thinly sliced beef.
