Appearance: Clear. Ruby with brilliant reflections.

Nose: Clean. Medium intense fresh red fruit aromas & a subtle, spiced bouquet.

Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with pleasant fruit notes, good acidity & a complex, long finish.

Vinification: Produced from estate fruit grown in what's considered an "Excellent" vintage. Aged 6 years in used oak, racked twice yearly.

Recommended Food Pairing: A versatile, food-friendly red that pairs perfectly with red meat, pork or poultry.
