Appearance: Clear. Deep ruby.

Nose: Clean. Pronounced pomegranate, strawberry & a bit of pepper. Floral & flagrant.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied, soft textured with good acidity.

Vinification: Biodynamic. Barrel fermented, with 28 days of maceration. Aged for 12 months in 3-year-old French oak barrels. Limited production of 600 bottles.

Recommended Food Pairing: Pair with your favorite red meat dishes.
