Palate: Dry, BONE dry really. Clean, tons of perky tart acidity (almost akin to a real pomegranate) and very light.
Vinification: Natural winemaking here on sandy-clay soils with lots of pebbles for drainage. Completely de-stemmed and in stainless tanks with natural yeasts for 4 months. Light filtration. We love the wines from Fredi Torres!
