We can't say enough wonderful things about this Albariño made by the brightest light in Rías Baixas, Marta Castro. She farms organically with the notion - "Well, my children run through these vines. I wouldn't use anything that would harm them, and the same goes for the vines." Native yeasts, fermented in stainless-steel, this wine is fresh, mineral-driven, elegant, and everything we would want in a white from Galicia. Or this a big plate of fresh oysters, a sunny afternoon, or chicken salad.
