Appearance: Clean. Dark ruby.

Nose: Clean. Pronounced, complex notes of blackberries, stony minerality & plums. Good aromatic intensity, with licorice and black fruit notes.

Palate: Dry. Full-bodied with fine tannins & a lingering finish.

Vinification: Biodynamic. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Traditionally vinified from vines planted in 1936 & '56.
