Appearance: Clear. Amber in color.

Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Delicate & complex with notes of hazelnuts, macadamias & subtle caramel aromas.

Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied, spiced & caramel flavored with a long, harmonious finish.

Vinification: From a blend of Pedro Ximénez aged in a 9-butt solera over 100 years old, previously unavailable in the United States. Bottled in limited quantity, 900 bottles.

Recommended Food Pairing: Dark chocolate.
