    Appearance: Clear. Pale lemon.

    Nose: Clean. Medium intense. Fresh smelling with a fruity nose.

    Palate: Dry. Light-bodied. Slightly effervescent & very delicious.

    Vinification: Farmed organically from vines planted on steep slopes in the Bakio valley. Fermented using indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Shellfish, with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
