  • Winemaker, Maria Galup uses non-certified, organically, farmed fruit from Covides to create her 100% Xarel-lo. This stone-fruity bright wine spends 60 days on the lees rather than undergoing malolactic fermentation. No oak, only stainless steel. Crisp, fresh, light and bright. Clocking in at 11.5% alcohol, makes it ideal for the beach, sunny afternoons, oysters, and lighter dishes. Only 600 case production.
