Nose: Clean. Pronounced and complex on the nose with candied citrus, roasted nuts & caramel notes.
Palate: Off-dry & medium bodied with a subtle, salinity to its dried fig & nutty flavors. An intense, complex & persistent wine.
Vinification: Bottled from a series of casks sourced from Almacenista Juan García Jarana that have been aged at Fernando de Castilla. The wine itself is on average 30-years-old & bottled with just a slight filtration.
Recommended Food Pairing: Simply presented soft blue cheese & nuts.
