    Appearance: Clear. Deep lemon with brilliant, gold reflections.

    Nose: Clean. Pronounced aromas of ripe, white fruit, citrus & fresh flowers.

    Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Creamy textured from oak aging, balanced by good acidity. The palate is complex with herb and savory notes. For those that love Burgundy, specifically a Puligny Montrachet, with that nervous taught tension and a hard to miss lengthy finish that is both distantly influenced by oak barrels yet still racy enough to dance down the tongue, this wine is for you.

    Vinification: From biodynamically farmed vineyards with gravel soils, planted in the 1940s. Produced in a non-interventionist style. Fermented & aged 8 months in 300 liter barrel, without battonage.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Simply prepared scallops or codfish.
