Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Silky with a bit of spice & mature tannins. Black coffee, bitter chocolate, toast flavors with a powerful finish.
Vinification: Produced by a multi-generational winery owning the oldest, purest clone of an indigenous Tempranillo varietal, Tinto Fino. Macerated for 28 days, undergoes malolactic fermentation and 18 months aging in new French oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Pair with venison, beef goulash, Iberian ham.
