Varieties: Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), Garnacha, Bobal & Abillo.
Appearance: Clear, purple-ruby.
Nose: Clean & pronounced. Floral with a ripe dark-fruit character and hints of charcoal and vanilla.
Palate: Dry, full-bodied. Super smooth and sleek on the palate. Elegant yet firm tannins and a fruity finish.
Vinification: Organic with Biodynamic practices on 35-60 year old vines. Natural yeast, pigeage done by foot & co-fermentations in concrete tanks with whole-cluster. French oak for 20 months to age. Cold temperatures in the barrel room help the evolution of the finished wines allowing for the gradual development of greater complexity. This is a winery to watch, a relative newcomer that’s receiving high praise from consumers and critics.
