Nose: Clean. Intense red fruit aromas; cherries & raspberries with subtle pepper notes.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied with great concentration, fine tannins & a long finish.
Vinification: Produced from old vines, including Garnacha whose fruit has a lower PH than the Tempranillo, as well as a small percent of Albillo. Aged in used oak, which provides the wine an added freshness this vintage.
Recommended Food Pairing: Kashmiri lamb, seasoned with tumeric & saffron; served over rice.
