Appearance: Clear. Deep ruby with a purple rim.

Nose: Clean. Pronounced red fruit with toasted notes & subtle floral aromas.

Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied with ripe tannins & good acidity.

Vinification: Hand harvested from 60-year-old, pre-phylloxera vines grown at 1000m above sea level. Aged 18 months in French oak.

Recommended Food Pairing: Braised lamb shanks.
