Nose: Some uncomplicated notes of citrus and straw.
Palate: Medium-bodied, juicy and easy to drink. Some citrus fruits, a little of that ‘natural funk’ but overall a lot of fun!
Vinification: Daniel Ramos is behind the “Kapi” wines, here with a touch of skin-contact, maceration with the lees, and aging in concrete tanks. As with all his wines, they are grown organically, made naturally, unfiltered and no additives or sulfites of any kind are used. You can't find a natural wine at a better price or from a better person, than Daniel.
Recommended Food Pairing: Roast up a bunch of bratwursts on the grill and open it at your next BBQ.
