Palate: Dry. Medium (-) bodied. Baked red fruit notes with deep, spicy & balsamic notes.

Vinification: From vineyards in Rioja Alavesa, a subregion with an Atlantic climate & clay-calcareous soils. From a vintage considered "Excellent."

Recommended Food Pairing: Roasted squab or pheasant.
