    Appearance: Clear. Darker in color than the other Palma releases, amber-hued.

    Nose: Clean. Pronounced. A bouquet reminiscent of burnt caramel & Christmas spices along with citrus notes.

    Palate: Dry, rich & full-bodied on the palate with a silky, smooth texture. Broad, toffee characteristics along with lighter, more delicate lemon notes. Finessed.

    Vinification: An extremely rare 48-year-old Amontillado from one of the oldest bodegas whose wines average an age of 45 years. From a single barrel, bottled unfiltered.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Sweetbreads.
