  • Variety: 100% Garnacha.

    Appearance: Ruby.

    Nose: Aromas of strawberry jam & black cherry; perfumed & lively.

    Palate: Notes of huckleberry & raspberry preserve on the palate. Supple acidity balances the fruit. Light-medium bodied with a bright red fruit finish.

    Vinification: Produced from grapes grown on old vines at 3,000 ft in the Sierra de Gredos to the west of Madrid. Hand harvested & fermented using natural yeast in open vats with 40-60 days of maceration before being aged 5 months in foudre & French oak. Organic, practicing biodynamic.

    Recommended Food Pairings: Sausage & potatoes, shepards pie.
