    Appearance: Clear. Deep, ruby red colored

    Nose: Clean, pronounced & rich fruit aromas complicated by a bouquet of fennel, violets & dusty minerality.

    Palate: Dry. Developed & lush; medium-bodied with ripe red & black fruit flavors & fine earth notes. Serious, long & persistent.

    Vinification: Fermented in wood, steel & concrete & aged for 20 months in partially used French oak before being aged an additional 12 months in bottle.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Grilled rib eye steak.
