  • Varieties: Garnatxa & Syrah.

    Appearance: Deep ruby, garnet.

    Nose: Red & dark fruit preserves, potpourri & Asian spices with mineral notes.

    Palate: Mouth-filling, deep black raspberry & lavender flavors with spice & vanilla nuances on the palate.

    Vinification: From biodynamically farmed vines planted in llicorella soil. Fermented in a combination of oak, concrete & clay amphorae. Aged 20 months in French oak & clay amphorae.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Lamb chops with pomegranate relish.
