Owned and run by the Fernandez Bello family, the estate has 27 hectares of vines, most of which are at around 600m above sea level. This wine is 100% Godello and made by winemaker Isidra Fernandez Bello. It is aged on the fine lees between 6-8 months but sees only stainless steel. The wine is fresh, mineral-laced with a touch of elegant softness on the finish. Perfect on its own, but also wonderful with a seafood stew or Pulpo a la Gallega.
