Varieties: 70% Dry Pedro Ximenez & 30% Moscatel.

Appearance: Clear light golden.

Nose: Beautiful harmony of white flowers and stone fruits.

Palate: A fresh, delicate aroma of white flowers, and in the mouth it offers a sprinkle of acidity perfectly integrated with the fruit. Just a touch sweet on the finish which makes it perfect sunny day.

Vinification: Victoria Ordoñez is reviving indigenous grapes and viticulture from her home in Malaga. Hand-picked with the help of Mules and transported to the winery in refrigerated containers. 40% of the grapes are fermented in new French oak and the remainder in stainless steel tanks. Aging continues for 8 months on the lees.

Recommended Food Pairing: White fish, spicy thai food, sushi, gambas.
