  • Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Garnatxa, Samso, Sumoll fermented in concrete tank and aged in stainless steel for 6 months. Only around 16,000 bottles made annually by Ramon Escoda, one of the OG natural winemakers in Tarragona. Young vines producing a youthful, lighter-bodied red (around 12% ABV!) filled with juicy berries, layers of spice and a touch of that ‘funk.’ Serve coolish, and have with smoked cheese (like San Simon or Idiazabal) and charcuterie.
