A quirky and unusual Chenin Blanc produced completely naturally in Tarragona by the famous Juan Ramon Escoda. The lowdown? Skin-contact, unfiltered, unfined, and aged in amphora make this a hazy tropical yellow “orange wine” with miniscule production: 4,500 bottle annually. Lots of powerful flavors - both of stone fruits and also with more savory notes - wild herbs and some hay. Great acidity, some tangy funky notes, and at only 12% ABV its refreshingly easy to sip on.
