Founded officially in 2011, but by 4th generation grape-growers turned winemakers, right in the capital of DO Ribeiro. Mostly from family-owned vineyards, the blend is 88% Treixadura, 9% Godello and 3% Albariño. Each varietal from every plot was vinified separately, either in stainless steel tanks or in 600-liter French Burgundy barrels, as for the Godello. Aromas of pear, minerals, white flowers, and preserves the Atlantic core that is so traditional in this area. Medium-light bodied, with a nice amount of refreshment while not being too high in acid either. Ideally would be served not too cold, and alongside snow crab legs or scallop carpaccio.
