Bodega Cueva dates back to the 18th century, and has never known anything but natural winemaking and farming practices. The winemaker and owner Mariano Taberner harvests the oldest vines possible, reds reaching 60 years, and whites 30 years.
A skin-contact, natural wine from Tardana and Macabeo grapes in Utiel-Requena near Valencia with no filtration, no sulfur and the only addition he uses is playing music to all of his wines in the Bodega. Crisp, citrus, some funk and a touch sour. Fun to pop and pour among friends or serve with Thai food.
