Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with juicy fruit flavors & pleasantly soft tannins.
Vinification: From Utiel-Requena DO, a region located along the Magro river at an altitude of 600-900 meters above sea level with limestone, clay & sandstone soils. Vinified from Bobal, the regions principle grape in a younger, quaffable style.
Recommended Food Pairing: Espencat. Roasted vegetables, typically peppers & eggplant.
